Next working day. Order must be placed before 12pm, any orders placed after then will be processed the following working day.

Please be aware that due to COVID 19 Royal Mail are experiencing some delays so deliveries may take longer than usual.

Upon receipt of your order please contact us via email within 14 days should you wish to exchange or return your item. On registering your return you have a further 14 days to return your item to us.
If an item is no longer required or desired upon receipt the customer must pay for the return postage. Once goods are received we will refund the cost of goods in full within 5-7 days.
If an item is the incorrect size and the customer wishes to exchange, the customer must pay for the return postage. Once return is received we will send out the replacement.
If an item upon receipt is found to be faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 calendar days to alert of us this. Once alerted we will replace like for like and pay postage. Please rest assured WÜD quality checks our products before sending out so it is highly unlikely this will happen.
Goods should be returned unworn and in the same condition in which it was sent with all designer tags intact and in the original product packaging sent out in. Returns of goods that have been damaged, worn, soiled or returned without their original tags or packaging or where packaging has been damaged will not be accepted and will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us. We recommend using a Royal Mail signed for service. Please keep a copy of your receipt as proof of return.
